IEE Exchange & Return Policy

At IEE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions below.

1. Exchange & Return Period

  • You can request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
  • After 14 days, we will not be able to offer an exchange or return, except in special cases at IEE’s discretion.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free items received with it.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is required.

IEE reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return if the product is not in resalable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (unless defective on arrival):

  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Items sold as clearance or marked “non-returnable”
  • Products that show signs of misuse, incorrect installation, or physical damage caused by the customer

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Please contact us as soon as possible within the 14-day period.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue (photos or videos are recommended).
  3. Our team will inspect the case and may arrange:
    • A replacement of the product
    • A repair, or
    • A return according to our internal procedures

If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, IEE will bear the cost of replacement or repair in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

5. Exchange & Return Process

To request an exchange or return:

  1. Contact our support team using the details below.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm whether the item is eligible.
  3. The product must be delivered or shipped back to the location indicated by our team.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with:
    • Exchange for another item, or
    • Return and any applicable refund/credit according to our policy

6. Shipping & Handling

  • If the return is due to a mistake from IEE (wrong item, defective item, etc.), we may cover the shipping cost as per our internal procedures.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong selection by the customer, shipping and handling costs may be borne by the customer.
